It says the recording is too quiet or low quality
There are several strategies you can try to improve the quality of your recordings if you are getting a “too quiet or low quality” message.
Increase microphone sensitivity
(1) Open general settings in the top right corner of the web app.
(2) Scroll down and increase “Microphone Sensitivity” to a higher value.
(3) Try recording again and see if the quality has improved.
Change your microphone
Try switching to a different microphone if you have one available. Some built-in microphones on laptops or webcams may not provide the best quality, so using an external microphone can often yield better results.
